Gearless lift machines series NL 4xxxx

Gearless lift machines NL 4xxxx are designed for drives of cable lifts.

Structural design of lift machine enables the building-in directly to upper or lower part of elevator shaft. Current supply from frequency converters connected to the network 3 x 400 V (UDC = 560 V), speed control by means of a speed sensor, dependent on type and requirements of chosen frequency converter.

It is possible to deliver this lift machine with any resolver or encoder acc. the customer/s order.

New concept of lift machines is characterized by outstanding advantages:

  • saving of installation costs
  • at least double efficiency in comparison with classic lift machines with worm-gear box
  • continuous  speed control or control of cabine speed from zero up to maximal values
  • outstanding decrease of starting currents during accelerating and decelerating of the cabine
  • high accuracy of speed control or control of cabine movement speed
  • enormous decrease of noise pollution level

Lift machines are offered with:

  • stationary
  • or preferably with exchangeable cable pulley

Optionally also with manual releasing.

Lift machines of NL series are constructed in one type size (diameter of cable pulley), in four active motor lengths.

Stator of multipolar synchronous motor is placed inside the rotor. On its internal surface there are attached permanent magnets. External surface of the rotor acts simultaneously as cable pulley and as friction area of double safety brake.

Transfer of full load of lift machine to the base plate is secured by means of two continuously loaded ball bearings and two side boards at both sides of the cable pulley.
