DC servomotors with PM – HG series

Developped for axes drives of machine-tools as substitution of former motors SHAT or SFT.

Powering is processed from thyristor convertors FORMIC.

Range of static torques is from 4 to 42 Nm. Type sizes HG71 and HG112. Built-in DC tachogenerator 20 V/1000 min^-1 and static brake, DC driving voltage 24 V. 

Part of drives MEZOMATIC, produced in state enterprise MEZ BRNO. Nowadays they are produced as spare parts, substituted with newer AC servomotors of 5NK series.

AC servomotors with PM of 5NK series

Servomotors of 5NK series are designed for electric drives with speed control in the range at least 1:1000 and with high uniformity of running at low speed.

Powering of servomotors from frequency converters, attached to single-phase or three-phase network of different voltages 115, 230,400 V etc.

Manufacturing of 7 type sizes with a square dimension of the frame from 37 to 190 mm, stall torques from 0,1 to 70 Nm.

Nominal speed from 1200 to 4500 min^-1, maximal speed from 6000 to
8000 min^-1.

Permanent magnets NdFeB, built-in two-pole resolver, voltage constants as required.
